Hisential is seeking a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our digital footprint and support our expansion across multiple regions. In this role, you will design, launch, and optimise digital campaigns that attract new patients, promote our clinical services, and increase brand trust within the men's wellness sector
You will manage paid advertising across key platforms, implement targeted lead-generation funnels, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality patient enquiries. As the digital marketing lead, you will also work closely with clinic operations, creative teams, and management to ensure all campaigns align with Hisential brand values, clinical standards, and business objectives. Strong analytical skills, attention to design, and a data-driven approach to optimisation are essential to maximise ROI and support sustainable growt
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies tailored toHisentialservices.
- Plan and manage paid advertising across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms:
*Conduct keyword, demographic, and behavioural audience research.
*Produce compelling ad copy and visuals aligned withHisentialbrand identity.
*Optimise bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting to maximise performance.
*Track and analyse campaign data, making ongoing improvements.
- Manage the digital sales funnel to ensure a continuous flow of high-quality patient leads.
- Build and enhance brand awareness forHisentialacross key markets through targeted digital campaigns.
- Create, manage, and optimise email marketing automation flows (nurture sequences, appointment reminders, educational campaigns).
- Develop high-converting landing pages for services, promotions, and campaigns.
- Collaborate with clinic operations, medical teams, and creative designers to ensure all campaigns meet brand, compliance, and messaging standards.
- Act as the central contact for digital marketing matters across clinics and regions.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends relevant to healthcare and wellness.
- Oversee advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend and strong ROI.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Brand Awareness
- Growth in website traffic, organic reach, and engagement.
- Increase in social media interactions, shares, and audience size.
- Growth in brand-related search volume and online mentions.
Lead Generation & Conversion
- Number of qualified patient enquiries generated per campaign.
- Cost per lead (CPL) and efforts to reduce CPL over time.
- Lead-to-appointment conversion rates.
- Customer acquisition cost (CAC) and overall funnel efficiency.
Campaign Performance Metrics
- Return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Click-through rates (CTR) across platforms.
- Cost per click (CPC) and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Landing page conversion rates.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably with strongexpertisein paid ads.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, or service-based industries is an advantage.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes:
- Proventrack recordmanaging Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical capabilities andproficiencyin tools such as Google Analytics.
- Experience with CRM/automation systems (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp,Klaviyo).
- Skilled in landing page creation and optimisation.
- Good designsense; able to develop or collaborate on visual creatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- Comfortable working with diverse teams and adapting strategies across regions.
