Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager, PPC Campaigns to join our team. This pivotal role will be responsible for the end-to-end management of client relationships and the strategic oversight of paid advertising campaigns across diverse client segments, ranging from Small-to-Medium Businesses (SMB) to large Enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms, a strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to drive long-term client success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Management & Communication

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a dedicated roster of clients.
  • Conduct regular client meetings (weekly/monthly) to present performance results, strategic recommendations, and industry insights.
  • Proactively identify and communicate opportunities for campaign optimization, budget expansion, and new channel adoption.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, focusing on retention and maximizing client lifetime value.
  • Ensure effective communication between the client and the internal execution/specialist teams.

2. Long-Term Strategy & Growth

  • Lead the development of multi-quarter and annual paid media strategies aligned with clients overarching business objectives.
  • Provide strategic direction and high-level input on bidding strategies, budget allocation, and channel mix, ensuring alignment with client KPIs (e.g., ROI, CPA, ROAS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Execution Specialists, SEO, Creative, Analytics) to ensure an integrated, holistic digital marketing approach.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure our strategies remain cutting-edge.
  • Actively participate in business development, including providing input on proposals and strategy for potential new Enterprise clients.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Own all aspects of performance reporting, utilizing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM data) to provide insightful, data-driven analysis.
  • Translate complex campaign data into clear, actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Forecast campaign performance and track progress against key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Account Management or Strategic PPC role, managing significant budgets.
  • Deep understanding of core campaign principles, architecture, and reporting within Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Proven experience managing both SMB and Enterprise client accounts, showcasing an understanding of varying client needs and complexities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate results into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with relevant tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization software.

Preferred (But Not Required)

  • Formal certifications in Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
  • Experience with other major PPC channels (e.g., LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Amazon Ads, Programmatic campaigns).
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
