About the RoleWe are looking for a meticulous and proactive Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our online business performance across multiple platforms. This role combines e-commerce management, campaign execution, and creative coordination to ensure our brand is consistently represented across all digital and retail touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will be hands-on in campaign setup, reporting, and EDM execution, with a strong eye for visuals and detail. You will work closely with internal teams, external vendors, and retailers to deliver seamless and data-driven e-commerce campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce Management & Campaign Execution
- Manage daily operations and promotional campaigns across Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, iShopChangi, TANGS, Amazon, Robinsons, KrisShop, etc.
- Handle full campaign lifecycle including promo code/GWP setup, listing updates, testing, QA checks, performancetracking, and post-campaign reporting.
- Coordinate with marketplace representatives, vendors, and retail partners on campaign planning, negotiations, submissions, and billing.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, track trends, and propose actionable optimizations or product bundles ideas.
- Plan and execute EDM campaigns on platforms to support promotions and campaigns, ensuring proper segmentation, testing, and brand alignment.
- Create and coordinate campaign visuals and assets for all e-commerce platforms, ensuring accuracy in links, copy, and brand guidelines, with timely launch and removal according to campaign schedules.
- Collaborate closely with designers and vendors to ensure campaign materials, product visuals, navigation updates, and listings meet creative, technical and user experience standards across all platforms.
- Monitor and enhance customer engagement and review ratings across e-commerce platforms.
- Monitor and report counterfeit, unauthorized, or IP-infringing listings of the brand's products across all e-commerce platforms.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with executional brand tasks such as product launch support, preparation of marketing materials, in-store promotion coordination, and copy checks.
- Execute planned digital marketing activities across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing and paid ads to support brand and campaign objectives.
- Support the development of digital content (blogs, videos, articles, educational posts) by coordinating drafts, proofreading, and ensuring alignment with brand tone and accuracy.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints and platforms.
- Assist in managing social media calendars, preparing captions, scheduling posts, and coordinating timely assets uploads.
- Monitor competitor activities and digital trends to support content refinement and identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordination & Administrative Support
- Liaise with internal and external partners for campaign approvals, vendor coordination, and reporting deliverables.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of campaign materials, visuals, EDMs, and social media artworks for reference and reuse.
- Provide backup support to the sales admin team for customer service when team members are away.
- Assist with general administrative and marketing coordination tasks as required.
- Escalate complex marketplace issues to the KAM when unresolved by the fulfilment team, while proactively providing actionable solutions.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Communications, or Business.
- 2-3 years experience in e-commerce or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience managing Shopee, Lazada, and Shopify dashboards.
- Familiar with EDM tools and analytics reporting.
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with visual coordination, copywriting, and proofreading.
- Basic Canva or Photoshop skills preferred.
- Proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong project management and timeline management abilities,able to handle multiple campaigns concurrently.

Remuneration
- Salary range : SGD 5,000/-
- 13th Month Bonus
