Urgently hiring Product Executive / Digital Marketing specialist

• Support the planning and execution of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for Healthcare / FMCG client
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, growth opportunities, and customer insights.
• Collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams to support new product launches, packaging development, and branding initiatives.
• Manage and execute digital marketing activities, including social media management, content creation, email marketing, and basic SEO initiatives.
• Track, measure, and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver promotional activities, campaigns, and events.
• Assist in the development and production of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, sales tools, and digital assets.
• Monitor and track marketing expenditures to ensure campaigns are delivered within budget and aligned with approved plans.

Key Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 1–2 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, aesthetics, or B2B environments.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including social media platforms, content strategy, and email campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems, social media insights).
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
