Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Customer Success Manager, Japanese Speaking. Key responsibilities include fostering strong relationships with restaurant partners, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and proactively addressing customer needs to drive retention. The role involves utilizing analytical skills to assess client feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and working collaboratively with internal teams to enhance the customer journey.

Qualifications
  • Strong expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive experience and resolve issues effectively for clients.
  • Proven skills in Customer Retention and Relationship Building to maintain long-term client partnerships and support their business growth.
  • Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback, draw actionable insights, and recommend solutions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English to communicate effectively with local and international clients.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, proactive attitude, and collaborative mindset.
  • Experience in the food-tech or restaurant industry is a plus.
