Role Description
A Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is a senior executive responsible for overseeing the technological vision, strategy, and development of an organization. Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Extensive experience in technology leadership, software development, or IT management
- Strong knowledge of software architecture, cloud computing, and system infrastructure
- Proven leadership and team management experience
- Excellent strategic thinking and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with executive stakeholders
- Experience with digital transformation and emerging technologies
- Prior experience in senior technical roles such as Engineering Director, Head of Technology, or similar positions
