Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead the research, evaluation, and implementation of emerging technologies.
- Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
- Manage technology teams, including engineers, developers, and IT managers.
- Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with other executives to support product development, innovation, and digital transformation initiatives.
- Establish technology policies, standards, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage technology risks, compliance, and security.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- Extensive experience in technology leadership, software development, or IT management.
- Strong knowledge of IT strategy, emerging technologies, and business operations.
