Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Technology located in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The CTO will oversee the company's technology strategy, lead software development efforts, design technology architecture, and drive product development. The role also includes leading technology-based projects, aligning IT strategies with business objectives, and ensuring cutting-edge technology adoption to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Proven experience in Project Management and delivering complex technical solutions
- Proficiency in IT Strategy and designing scalable, secure Technology Architecture
- Leadership abilities, with a track record of managing high-performing technical teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Experience in the healthcare industry or familiarity with GCC markets is an advantage
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
