Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Technology

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Technology located in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work. The CTO will lead the technological vision and strategy of the organization, oversee software development projects, and ensure that IT systems and architecture align with business goals. Responsibilities include managing the technology roadmap, directing product development, ensuring the scalability and security of applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will also mentor technical teams and lead efforts to adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Software Development and experience managing development teams and processes
• Strong skills in Project Management and IT Strategy to oversee, plan, and execute technology initiatives
• Knowledge of systems Architecture and experience designing and implementing scalable technical solutions
• Expertise in Product Development, including leading lifecycle stages from conception to delivery
• Experience in leadership roles with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with technology trends and the ability to evaluate and integrate emerging technologies
• A degree in computer science, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the animal care, recruitment, or related industry sectors is a plus
