Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Technology

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) / Head of Technology, based in Singapore with some work-from-home flexibility. The CTO will oversee the organization's technology direction, including the development and implementation of IT strategies, software solutions, and technical architecture. The role includes leading and coordinating technology initiatives, managing technology teams, and driving the development and delivery of innovative products. The CTO will also provide strategic guidance to enhance operational efficiency and align technology strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development
• Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architectural planning
• Proven experience in Project Management, including leading technical teams and timelines
• Deep understanding of emerging technologies and ability to apply them to solve business challenges
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Familiarity with the veterinary or recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
