Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute the organization's technology strategy in line with business objectives.
- Oversee software development, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and system architecture.
- Lead technology teams, including developers, engineers, and IT managers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and implement solutions to enhance business operations.
- Ensure technology projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to support product development and digital initiatives.
- Establish technology policies, standards, and best practices.
- Manage technology risks, compliance, and data security.
Qualifications- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- Extensive experience in technology leadership, software development, or IT management.
- Strong understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and business operations.
Skills & Tools- Technology & Platforms: Cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), enterprise software, DevOps, cybersecurity frameworks.
