The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Finance Director are responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, strategy, and performance. The CFO is the top financial executive responsible for guiding financial strategy and decision-making at the executive level, while the Finance Director manages day-to-day financial activities, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with extensive experience in financial management, forecasting, and corporate governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • CFO: Develop and implement financial strategies to drive growth, profitability, and long-term financial health.
  • Finance Director: Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting to ensure efficient operations.
  • Lead financial forecasting, risk management, and investment decisions at the senior level.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic business initiatives and financial performance.
  • Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve business outcomes.
  • Manage relationships with auditors, regulatory bodies, investors, and stakeholders.
  • Monitor cash flow, financial reporting, and capital management to ensure business sustainability.
  • Build and mentor finance teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles (e.g., CFO, Finance Director, VP Finance).
  • In-depth knowledge of financial strategy, corporate finance, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting principles.
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, compliance, and governance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency with financial software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and provide strategic guidance.
  • Ability to manage complex financial operations and work in a fast-paced environment.
