Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Finance Director, based in Singapore. The role involves overseeing overall financial planning, managing the preparation of financial statements, and leading the financial reporting process. The CFO/Finance Director will be responsible for analyzing financial data, developing strategies for sustainable financial growth, and ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations. Collaborating with the leadership team, the role will contribute to decision-making processes for achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Proficiency in preparing and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret financial data and market trends
• Proven leadership and decision-making skills in financial strategy
• Relevant professional certifications, such as CPA, CFA, or equivalent, are preferred
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in the hospitality or service industry is advantageous
