Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO)/Finance Director, based in Singapore. The role offers flexibility by allowing some work from home while also requiring on-site presence. The CFO/Finance Director will oversee financial planning, monitor the preparation of financial statements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide strategic insights to support the company's financial goals. The role includes analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and advising on ways to maximize profitability and growth. The CFO/Finance Director will also collaborate with key stakeholders to develop budgets, manage financial risks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Financial Planning, Financial Statements, and overall Finance management
• Strong proficiency in Financial Reporting and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret and evaluate financial data effectively
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred
• Prior experience in a financial leadership position, ideally within a rapidly growing company
• Knowledge of financial practices and regulatory requirements in the GCC region is an advantage
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
