Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director

Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for Chief Financial Officer (CFO) / Finance Director based in Singapore, with flexibility for some remote work. The individual will oversee and lead financial planning, analyze financial reports, and be responsible for managing budgets and cash flow. The CFO/Finance Director will provide guidance on strategic financial decisions, monitor financial risks, and ensure compliance with corporate and regulatory standards. The role also entails presenting financial performance insights to stakeholders and identifying opportunities for company growth and efficiency improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Strong expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Highly developed Analytical Skills to interpret financial data effectively
• Ability to create sound financial strategies and manage risk
• Experience in a leadership or executive finance role
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of financial software and tools is advantageous
• Previous experience working in the education or technology sector is beneficial
