Identify and secure new business opportunities across the FM sector, including commercial, industrial, healthcare, and government clients.
Develop and implement short- and long-term business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as property developers, REITs, and managing agents.
Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads through tenders, networking, referrals, cold calls, and digital platforms.
Drive growth of the client pipeline across integrated FM services, including cleaning, security, M&E, landscaping, and pest control.
Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals, bids, and presentations tailored to client requirements.
Take ownership of the full tendering cycle - from bid strategy, pricing review, and submission, to contract award and handover.
Collaborate with operations, technical, pricing, and compliance teams to prepare competitive, compliant bids.
Ensure all tender submissions meet technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support pricing strategies and identify emerging trends/technologies in FM.
Achieve revenue, pipeline growth, and tender win-rate targets as defined by company objectives.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
Minimum 6-8 years experience in Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) or related sectors (maintenance, service contracts), with a proven track record in tendering, bids, and client management.
Strong leadership skills with experience in large contract negotiations and strategic account management.
In-depth knowledge of FM services and awareness of industry developments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and proposal management tools.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think strategically and deliver results.
A collaborative team player with solid project management skills.
Facilities Management Certification (CMF) will be an advantage.
