Job Summary
Join ANZA as a Full-Time Advertising Sales Manager to lead business development, manage the full sales cycle, and drive advertising and partnership revenue within a dynamic, autonomous team.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business and partnership opportunities to increase ANZA's advertising revenue
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure steady deal flow and revenue growth
- Present and negotiate advertising and partnership agreements to convert prospects into long-term clients
- Manage client relationships to enhance loyalty and maximize repeat business across ANZA's platforms
- Collaborate with internal team members to align sales strategies with organisational goals and market trends
- Operate independently with high autonomy to achieve measurable commercial results in a small team environment
