Job Summary
Join Surecomp as a Sales Director in Singapore, leading enterprise software sales to financial institutions across APAC. Drive revenue growth by building long-term relationships and leveraging deep expertise in Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, and Transaction Banking.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle enterprise sales processes from prospecting to contract closure, managing complex multi-stakeholder negotiations to secure deals.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with banks and financial institutions across the APAC region to foster long-term partnerships.
- Develop and execute account strategies that identify and drive cross-sell opportunities across the Surecomp product suite.
- Serve as the primary commercial contact for key accounts, overseeing customer success initiatives and managing contract renewals to maximize retention.
- Identify regional market opportunities and create tailored go-to-market plans to expand Surecomp's presence and revenue.
- Represent Surecomp at industry events to enhance brand visibility and gather competitive market intelligence.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Legal to ensure successful solution delivery and client growth.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline forecasting and ensure CRM data integrity to support business planning and decision-making.
Required competencies and certifications
- 5-10 years of enterprise sales experience in fintech, SaaS, banking technology, transaction banking, payments, loans, or enterprise software.
- Proven ability to sell to banks and financial institutions, managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong knowledge of Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Supply Chain flows, Transaction Banking, Cash Management, Treasury, Payments and Loans, and Core Banking systems.
- Experience in commercial account management, client retention, and upselling strategies.
- Understanding of procurement cycles, RFPs, and vendor approval processes within banks.
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Familiarity with APAC banking market dynamics.
- Experience working in multinational and matrixed organizational environments.
- Exposure to cloud-based platforms and digital transformation initiatives in banking.
- Experience with Trade Finance platforms such as IMEX, DOKA, RIVO, or similar.
