BMS Manager

Job Description:

The role requires strong technical expertise in BMS systems, leadership skills to manage project execution, and the ability to ensure successful integration with other M&E systems.

Key Responsibilities:

. Lead the BMS team in the design, coordination, installation, testing, and commissioning of BMS works.

. Review and validate BMS design drawings, control diagrams, and system architecture.

. Coordinate with the Electrical, ACMV, and other engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration.

. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants to achieve project milestones.

. Monitor project progress, budget, and quality, ensuring compliance with specifications and regulations.

. Conduct system troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning, ensuring reliability and performance.

. Prepare technical documentation, method statements, and reports for submission.

. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to engineers and site personnel.

Job Requirements:

. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Building Automation, or related discipline.

. Minimum 8 years of experience in BMS project management, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

. Strong knowledge of BMS systems design, PLC/DCC controls, networking, and system integration.

. Familiarity with ACMV and M&E services in large-scale building or industrial projects.

. Proven ability to lead project teams, subcontractors, and coordinate across stakeholders.

. Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

. Experience in large-scale infrastructure or industrial facility projects is preferred.

. Willingness to work at Tuas area with transportation pickup at designated MRT station.
