The KA Manager drives Deltas smart building growth in Singapore and Malaysia by cultivating strategic key account partnerships, executing regional vertical strategies, and accelerating ESG-aligned market adoption. This role works closely with global and local teams to drive smart building solution business for commercial, education, healthcare, and hospitality sectors.
Key Responsibilities
1. KA Development & Engagement
- Establish and deepen partnerships with vertical key accounts top management (REITs, developers, operators)
- Maintain regular communication, performance reviews, and engagement tracking
- Build trust and long-term alignment through shared ESG and digital transformation vision
2. Regional Strategy Execution & Solution Enablement
- Localize and implement Deltas vertical strategy in SG/MY region
- Coordinate with HQ and regional teams to co-develop vertical-specific smart building and field solutions
- Work with teams for ESG/ESCO-driven client workshops, solution demos, and strategic collaborations
3. Revenue Growth & Strategic Account Expansion
- Drive sales pipeline and revenue growth from target key accounts
- Set and achieve quarterly revenue targets through high-potential project pursuit
- Expand solution adoption across client portfolios (e.g., from one campus to portfolio-wide rollout)
- Collaborate with pre-sales teams to win flagship and reference projects
- Track ROI of vertical activities and report growth KPIs
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in building automation, smart/green building, or real estate tech
- Proven record of driving revenue and strategic KA growth in SG/MY
- Familiar with ESG practices and smart building adoption trends (LEED, WELL, SmartScore, etc.)
- Experience with top management in Commercial REITs, Real Estate, Education, or Healthcare is a must
- Excellent cross-functional coordination, solution selling, and executive communication skills
