JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager

MAIN TASK:

Ensure the development of interior solution, facades application, countertop application and furniture in the market (Singapore).

Ensure Business target achievement (Turnover and Average Price) in the relevant territory.

Incumbent will actively develop the connections and brand awareness of Florim by building solid relationships with the key stakeholders, architects, interior designers, contractors and Developers. The position will require out-sales activities for 80% of the time.

MAIN ACTIVITIES:

Build a relationship with the main partners in the specific field and cooperate with them to ensure the proper development of Florim application in the different segments.

Establish Florim products as the main choice in the selection/specification process, in the specific field.

Develop the existing portfolio of stakeholders, increasing it with new accounts too.

Organize daily visits and meetings with the major Key decision makers, respecting the weekly target, presenting Florim specific application in the furniture environment.

Follow all the steps with the decision makers in the field, until the project is confirmed with Florim products.

Ensure all the stakeholders have adequate Florim Marketing materials to support the specification process in the segment, including samples, brochure (physical and virtual).

Conduct Training/Counseling sessions on-site to keep stakeholders up to date on the actual and new product/service portfolio.

Contribute and assist in concept creation and organization of Lunch & Learn formats, Customer events and conventions targeted to professional audience in the segment.

Report precisely, daily activity and monitor Key decision-maker databases and project management through CRM software (Sales Force).

Assistance in the daily activities in the showroom and wherever is required.

Experienced with the Microsoft software and design software, word, excel, power points; AutoCAD and SketchUp desirable.

BACKGROUND:

5-10 years of commercial experience in the specification/sales in the building materials field.

Fluent in Mandarin and English, written and spoken.

Degree in Architecture, civil engineering, Qs, Construction management desirable.
