Job scope

• Lead and develop the HR team, ensuring high performance, clear accountability, and efficient operations.

• Partner with business leaders to implement HR strategies covering workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement.

• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle, payroll, benefits, and compliance with Singapore regulations.

• Manage employee relations, performance management, training, and succession planning.

• Handle sensitive matters professionally and coordinate company events.
