Compensation & Benefits
- Assist in the development, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits policies.
- Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
- Support annual salary reviews and performance-based reward processes.
2. HR Administration
- Oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations.
- Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
3. Employee Engagement & Recreational Activities
- Plan, organize, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recreational activities.
- Support initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct employee surveys and assist in analyzing feedback and action plans.
4. HR Operations & Support
- Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Handle employee relations issues and support disciplinary processes when required.
- Support performance management and training coordination.
- Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management.
5. Other HR Functions
- Support recruitment and manpower planning as needed.
- Assist in audits, inspections, and internal HR reviews.
- Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
- Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, HR administration, and employee engagement.
- Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
- Good interpersonal, comm
