Job Description

Compensation & Benefits

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and review of compensation and benefits policies.
  • Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitive and compliant compensation structures.
  • Support annual salary reviews and performance-based reward processes.

2. HR Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day HR administrative operations.
  • Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Handle onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.

3. Employee Engagement & Recreational Activities

  • Plan, organize, and coordinate employee engagement initiatives and recreational activities.
  • Support initiatives to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
  • Conduct employee surveys and assist in analyzing feedback and action plans.

4. HR Operations & Support

  • Assist the HR Manager in implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Handle employee relations issues and support disciplinary processes when required.
  • Support performance management and training coordination.
  • Prepare HR reports, analytics, and presentations for management.

5. Other HR Functions

  • Support recruitment and manpower planning as needed.
  • Assist in audits, inspections, and internal HR reviews.
  • Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by the HR Manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation & benefits, HR administration, and employee engagement.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Good interpersonal, comm
