Architectural Coordinator, Main Contractor

Job Description

Report to Project Manager the progress of architectural work.

Coordination of all architectural drawings and works, including the preparation, submission, and updating of Shop Drawings and As-Built submissions.

Carry out architectural works scheduling, material requisition, project supervision and documentation.

Supervise and inspect all Architectural works carried out by sub-contractors

Assist quality team for Conquas and Quality Mark.

Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Architecture or any relevant qualification

Familiar with BCA CONQUAS, and other Quality Mark Assessment application

At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the construction field

Preferable knowledge for BIM software/Autodesk Revit
