Location: Woodland (Shuttle Bus will pick up from Woodland, Sengkang, Paya Lebar MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (8am to 5:30pm)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in aligning architectural design details with project requirements, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with project teams to develop architectural layouts, schedules, and construction plans.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and key milestones to ensure alignment with overall project goals.
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to support contract and procurement activities.
Conduct regular site inspections to verify construction progress and ensure compliance with approved architectural plans.
Work closely with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to resolve technical issues during design and construction stages. Coordinate the preparation and submission of architectural drawings, shop drawings, mock-ups, and material samples, ensuring proper implementation and timely approval.
Ensure all architectural works comply with local building codes, authority requirements, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design or mechanical/industrial design engineering, preferably in semiconductor, high-tech, or advanced manufacturing projects.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, BIM, and other architectural design software is preferred.
Familiarity with Singapore building codes, authority submission requirements, and safety regulations.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in fast-paced project environments and resolve technical challenges under tight timelines.
Willingness to attend site, support construction activities, and work extended hours when required.
