SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL COORDINATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

.Report to the Project Manager/Site Manager for arrangement of site Work.

.Coordinate and oversee all Architectural works on site

.Monitor and coordinate the works of subcontractors

.Coordinate the inspection works by Resident Engineer and Clerk of works

.Handling technical and engineering problems on site

.Responsible for planning, programming and monitoring of work progress on site

.Liaison with client's representative, relevant authorities and consultants for the execution of work

.Ensure site safety and carry out safe work procedures to control risk Job

Requirements:

.Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or Building Architecture from a recognized institution

.Minimum 3 year of local working experience in residential building projects

.BCSS certificate is a must.

.Knowledge of Singapore building codes and regulations

.Familiar with BCA CONQUAS and Quality Marks assessment and Safety aspects in the construction industry
