Assist the Project Manager in coordinating design details between the Client, Consultants, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Develop and manage the architectural work schedule in alignment with the overall Project Master Programme.
Coordinate, monitor, and control architectural subcontractors work progress, quality, and site activities to avoid conflicts and abortive work.
Carry out material requisition, work scheduling, cost control, site supervision, and documentation according to the project schedule.
Review, update, and coordinate all architectural drawings including shop drawings, detail drawings, and construction drawings.
Resolve site architectural issues such as drawing discrepancies, technical queries, method statements, and correspondences.
Use BIM software or equivalent tools for design coordination, clash detection, and technical resolution.
Review project specifications, tender clarifications, and construction drawings to support Contract and Procurement management.
Propose alternative materials, design details, or methods to improve cost and time efficiency while maintaining design intent and compliance.Coordinate architectural design details with Clients, Consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Prepare and submit materials, shop drawings, and method statements for approval.
Handle statutory submissions to authorities (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance.
Supervise and inspect architectural works to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
Coordinate materials delivery, storage, installation, and mock-ups/testing for Consultant approval.
Assist QS in verifying subcontractor progress claims and controlling material/labour usage.
Maintain proper documentation and support project handover, including As-Built drawings and O&M manuals.
Ensure architectural works meet BCA CONQUAS/Quality Mark standards.
Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Building, Civil / Structural Engineering, or other related disciplines.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in architectural coordination within the Singapore construction industry.
Strong understanding of construction drawings, detailing, specifications, scope, and sequence of architectural works.
Ability to interpret and identify discrepancies in construction drawings and resolve technical issues.
Good knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission processes (BCA, URA, SCDF, NEA, LTA, etc.).
Familiar with CONQUAS / Quality Mark standards and ISO quality documentation.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and other project coordination software.
Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet project deadlines.
Strong teamwork, communication, and coordination skills.
