Senior Architectural Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Working, based on the Directors strategy, hand-in-hand with Line Manager in managing the team.
• Responsible for achieving the business goals of the team, aligned the Department Director.
• Functions as a Project Architect/Coordinator or as Team Leader for projects.
• Responsible for the management, servicing and delivery of projects
• Provides guidance on design development and project administration
• Engages client independently and always maintain client's confidence
• When required monitoring team members performance and provide feedback for improvement or encouragement.
• Active involvement in Office Departments/ Committees and events Embraces and promotes Arch'lab Philosophy and Core Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years experience (healthcare/lab building design preferred)
• Diploma/Degree in Architecture
• Proficient in AutoCad and Revit (BIM)
• Able to work independently, self-motivated
• To perform any other work-related duties required from time to time
