Key Responsibilities:
. Coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation across project phases.
. Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
. Monitor the progress of architectural works and ensure compliance with design intent and project requirements.
. Facilitate design reviews, site inspections, and architectural approvals.
. Assist in preparing architectural submissions for regulatory approvals and permits.
. Support the integration of architectural design with other disciplines (structural, M&E).
. Maintain accurate project records, drawings revisions, and correspondence logs.
. Support project management in tracking deliverables, schedules, and quality control.
Requirements:
. Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Architectural Technology, or related field.
. Minimum 3 years experience in architectural coordination or related roles in construction projects.
. Familiarity with architectural design and construction processes.
. Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office.
. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
