Job Summary
You will mainly manage work permit and S-pass holder records, handle permit applications and renewals via the MOM website, coordinate onboarding and medical screening, training courses for work pass holders, prepare wages from time-cards, maintain organized filing systems, and perform office administration tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records of work permit and S-pass holders to ensure compliance with regulations
- Apply for and renew work permits and update address information on the MOM website promptly
- Coordinate and apply for onboarding, medical, and workers courses for work pass holders following government requirements
- Prepare employee wages accurately based on verified time-cards
- Handle purchasing/sourcing as and when required
- Organize and maintain filing systems for easy documentation retrieval
- Perform other ad hoc office administration tasks as assigned to support daily operations
- Use Microsoft Office applications effectively to complete administrative tasks
- Handle confidential information with trustworthiness and discretion to protect privacy
- Be ready to start work immediately to support operational needs
- Working knowledge of English and Chinese languages
