Responsibilities
- Process work pass applications, cancellations, renewals, and updates for all pass types to ensure legal workforce compliance
- Manage insurance renewals and new insurance applications to maintain employee coverage
- Post recruitment job advertisements to attract qualified candidates
- Update the company telephone list monthly to maintain accurate contact information
- Update foreign worker addresses to comply with regulatory requirements
- Manage stationery and refreshment supplies to support office operationS
- Maintain organized filing systems and handle other HR administrative tasks to support department efficiency
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE O Level, Diploma in Business Administration or Human Resources, or Higher Nitec in Business Study
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications to perform daily administrative tasks
- Knowledge of Info-Tech payroll software to assist payroll processing (advantageous)
- Ability to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking workers to facilitate workforce coordination
- Meticulous and well-organized to ensure accuracy in HR documentation
- Positive attitude, responsible, and a team player to contribute to a collaborative work environment
