Responsibilities:
-General Administrative Duties and operational support to department
-Prepare of Quote, Delivery Order & Invoices using Navision system
-Liaise with customers & relevant parties
-Attend to phone calls and email enquiries
-Ensure client's PO are received & DO are properly acknowledge
-Liaise closely with Admin & Operation Team
-Other ad hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
-GCE N/ O level or equivalent
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
-Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word)
-Must be able to multitask and work independently
-Willing to work overtime if require
-Able to start work within short notice

-Located in East Area
