We are seeking an enthusiastic, meticulous, and motivated Logistics Executive to join our Singapore team, supporting our inventory and supply chain operations across an international network.

Job Summary

The Inventory Executive is responsible for the accurate control, reconciliation, and reporting of precious-metals inventory stored in Brink's vaults. This role ensures full compliance with internal SOPs, client agreements, and audit requirements, while supporting daily vault operations, audits, and client reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

  • Comfortable working Office environment and warehouse (airconditioned)
  • Maintain accurate records of all precious-metal inventory and high value goods.
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock reconciliations between physical inventory and system records.
  • Ensure all movements (receipts, releases, transfers, book transfers) are properly recorded and authorized.
  • Verify bar numbers, brands, weights, quantities, pallet counts, and packaging details.

Vault / Warehouse Operations Support

  • Support receiving, vaulting-in, vaulting-out, and release activities in accordance with Brink's SOP.
  • Coordinate with vault teams during window releases.
  • Ensure proper segregation of inventory by client, sub-account, and product type.

Audit & Compliance

  • Support internal audits, external audits, and client inspections.
  • Prepare and maintain audit documentation, stock reports, and variance explanations.
  • Report inventory discrepancies promptly.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain proper filing of release instructions, bar lists, receiving instructions, and approvals.
  • Ensure all documentation is complete, accurate, and audit-ready.

Coordination & Communication

  • Liaise with operations, shipping, finance, and business development teams.
  • Coordinate with regional Brink's offices and external partners when required.
  • Communicate professionally with clients regarding inventory status and confirmations.

Requirements

  • (Preferred) Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in handling logistics / warehousing
  • Familiar with bonded warehouse will be an advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, (Excel, Word, Outlook), while experience in Trade Net would be an advantage
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and the ability to multitask effectively.
