Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
Preferably able to start work immediately.

Possess in-depth knowledge of current market rates and Schedule of Rates (SOR) for both builder's works and mechanical & electrical (M&E) works, ensuring accurate cost estimation, budgeting, and tendering processes most advantance.
