Job Summary
You will prepare and manage full sets of accounts, coordinate audits, ensure tax compliance, and support financial planning to drive accurate reporting and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full sets of management accounts including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, bank reconciliations, fixed asset register, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records
- Compile tax-related information and manage GST (Singapore) and SST (Malaysia) submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Coordinate the year-end audit process and prepare annual financial reports to support statutory compliance
- Perform financial and variance analysis and prepare management reports to inform business planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency
- Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks to meet evolving business needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in full set accounting
- Experience in financial analysis and/or budgeting for at least 3 years
- Hands-on experience with Singapore GST and Malaysia SST submissions
- Experience in multi-entity or group accounting environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently
