Job Description
- Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, securing vending machine placements, and executing sales strategies to meet targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and presentations to negotiations, deal closure, and onboarding of new clients.
- Conduct market research and analyse sales performance, customer feedback, and industry trends to identify improvements and new opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and customized solutions.
- Support team leadership by leading meetings, providing guidance, and fostering a strong, performance-driven culture.
- Handle sales administration including proposals, contracts, billing, and payment follow-ups while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
Requirements
- Diploma orBachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the vending or B2B sales.
- Strong knowledge of vending operations, client management, and sales techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
