Job Summary
You will manage employee records, facilitate onboarding, maintain payroll and work pass documentation, coordinate training, support performance evaluations, and assist with various HR duties to ensure smooth HR operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation to ensure compliance and easy retrieval
- Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees to support smooth integration
- Maintain payroll and payslip records accurately for timely salary processing
- Organize and update employee files to keep information current and accessible
- Apply for and renew work passes to ensure legal compliance for employees
- Identify training needs and arrange training sessions to close skill gaps
- Support managers in conducting performance evaluations and feedback sessions to enhance employee development
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by managers to support HR functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications to perform administrative tasks
- Able to work independently and collaborate effectively as a team player
- Available to work alternate Saturdays to meet operational needs
Other Information
- Working hours - 8: 30am to 5:30pm (Monday to Friday), alternate Saturdays 8:30am to 12:30pm
