Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Executive to support daily office operations, with a strong focus on purchasing and order processing. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams, suppliers, and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team
- Handle purchasing activities, including sourcing, requesting quotations, and issuing purchase orders
- Process sales and purchase orders accurately and in a timely manner
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders on order status and deliveries
- Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely fulfillment
- Maintain proper documentation of orders, invoices, and delivery records
- Support inventory coordination and basic stock tracking (if applicable)
- Prepare reports and updates related to operations and orders
- Manage general office administration such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling
- Assist with coordination of logistics and deliveries
- Others ad-hoc work, if required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Operations, or related field
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in administrative or operations roles
- Experience in purchasing, order processing, or coordination work is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Good communication and coordination abilities
- Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency and accountability
