Job Summary

Drive sales growth by identifying customer needs and presenting product information in the medical/dental field. Build relationships with key opinion leaders and manage existing and new accounts with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Identify customer needs and opportunities to present accurate product information that leads to buying decisions
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with key opinion leaders in clinical and purchasing areas
  • Apply thorough understanding of clinical applications across the medical product portfolio to support sales efforts
  • Participate in trade shows, conventions, and workshops, including weekend events, to promote products and expand network
  • Collaborate with the Internal Marketing Team to align sales strategies and support
  • Manage sales activities for existing accounts and proactively open new accounts to grow market presence
  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on products, pricing, and promotions to inform sales strategies
  • Plan and organize sales activities independently, demonstrating a positive, results-oriented attitude
  • Communicate product information effectively to clients through strong presentation skills
  • Utilize Microsoft Office and internet research tools to support sales and market analysis

Required competencies and certifications

  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the Medical/Dental field
  • Proven track record of sales achievement

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Positive working attitude, self-starter, and ability to perform duties with minimal supervision
  • Strong planning, organization, and teamwork skills
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office and internet research
