Warehouse Assistant

Manages activities throughout the order fulfilment and shipment cycle.

Fulfilling orders timely for our clients internationally (pick, pack, ship) including palletize and prepare pallets for shipment arrangements, and updating inventory via computerised system.

Co-ordinate movement of pallets into and out of premise.

Attend to customers self-collection of goods.

Co-ordinate movement of pallets into and out of premise.

Unpack and check goods received against purchase requisitions, and updating inventory via computerised system.

Feedback to Supervisor for any damaged goods, if any.

Sort goods to respective racks/shelves.

Able to work under pressure and plan the cargo movement

Able to carry and move inventory packed in cartons within the warehouse.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and computerized inventory tracking and tagging systems.

Effective communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Have basic knowledge about shipping terms.

Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with clients internationally.
