Job Summary
You will manage incoming products according to SOPs, assist with inventory control and stock checks, prepare and pack goods for delivery, support cargo loading and unloading.
Responsibilities
- Receive incoming products and verify them according to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Assist in controlling inventory by issuing and recording stock movements to maintain accurate records
- Pack and prepare goods carefully to meet delivery requirements and quality standards
- Support loading and unloading of cargo to facilitate efficient receiving and delivery of goods
- Conduct periodic and annual stock checks to verify inventory accuracy and identify discrepancies
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, to support inventory and record-keeping tasks
- Forklift license to safely operate forklift equipment (advantageous but not required)
- Knowledge of SAP B1 software to assist with inventory and order management (advantageous but not required)
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player to support operational goals
