What You'll Learn and Do

You'll be immersed in the behind-the-scenes action of event and exhibition operations. You'll learn how to manage the logistical heartbeat of projects - from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating live events and exhibition setups, from planning to teardown

• Support project documentation, including logistics schedules, vendor lists, and resource checklists

• Work closely with designers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution

• Help manage logistics arrangements: transport, manpower, equipment, and on-site setup

• Join internal meetings and client briefings to gain real-world exposure

• Learn how to handle on-site coordination and resolve operational hiccups in real time

• Support post-event processes such as debriefs and reports
