HR cum Admin Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities

HR Roles
► Create & maintain employee records
► Handle leave and medical records
► Employee exit interview and clearance
► Work Pass Administration (Application Renewal & Cancellation)
► Recruitment exercise

Admin Roles
►Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations
►Co-ordinate and schedule of Building maintenance contract
►Manage office supplies
►Handling incoming calls

Requirement
► Minimum Diploma
► At least 2 years of relevant working experience
► Good interpersonal skills, independent and positive working attitude

Environment
► Training provided
► Staff Welfare Benefits: Insurance/Medical/Dental/Eyewear/Birthday etc..
► 5 days work from 8.30am to 5.30pm
