Role Overview
As part of our Commercial Team, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying
new opportunities, managing client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with technical teams to translate customer needs into solutions and support the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
What You'll Do
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for RFID software and hardware solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and solution proposals.
- Understand client requirements and work with technical teams to design suitable solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, quotation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company.
- Provide feedback to product and technical teams on market trends and customer needs.
- Participate in exhibitions, events, and networking activities to promote solutions.
What We're Looking For
- Diploma/Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or similar.
- 1-3 years sales experience in IT/software/tech (fresh grads with strong interest are welcome).
- Strong communicator, confident presenter, and skilled negotiator.
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and a real team player.
- Keen interest in RFID, IoT, and automation (training provided).
