Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive/ Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth and elevate the company's market presence in the packaging and warehousing solutions/ automation industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
- Understand client needs and present tailored product/service solutions
- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve and exceed targets
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
- Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Deliver exceptional service and build long-term client relationships
Requirements:
- Proven success in new business development (preferably in packaging/warehousing or industry sales industry experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Business Development
- Ability to hunt, manage and grow new client accounts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in CRM tools and sales reporting systems
Compensation:
Base Salary + Car Allowance + Attractive Commission Structure
Working Hours:
8:00 AM-5:00 PM
