Responsibilities
. Build and maintain relationships with employers, universities, and schools to support career and partnership initiatives.
. Assist in connecting students and job seekers with opportunities, including sourcing, screening, and referring candidates for internships and full-time roles.
. Support the planning and delivery of programmes, workshops, and networking events to ensure smooth execution and meaningful engagement.
. Collaborate with mentors and professionals, supporting their onboarding, participation, and engagement in career development activities.
. Contribute to the development and reporting of assessment tools through data analysis (e.g., psychometric analysis) and apply insights to improve recruitment and placement outcomes.
Requirements
. Interest in business development, education, and recruitment-related initiatives.
. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with external partners and internal teams.
. Familiar with programme language like Python or R for psychometric development purposes.
. Organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
. Proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
. Prior experience in recruitment, partnerships, or programme management is an advantage.
. CEI Certification (or willingness to obtain within the first few months of employment).
