Job Description:
- Maintain strong working relationships with financial institutions to support business operations, including bank account opening, maintenance and closure, renewal of credit facilities, monitoring loan covenant compliance, and fulfilment of KYC requirements.
- Act as the key liaison with banks on treasury operational matters, including account administration, transaction inquiries, and day-to-day banking support.
- Monitor bank balances and liquidity positions across assigned group companies to ensure adequate funding for operational requirements and effective cash management.
- Execute payments accurately and in a timely manner to meet operational and financial obligations, ensuring compliance with internal approval controls and company policies.
- Prepare and review cash flow forecasts for assigned group companies to support monthly cash flow reporting and the annual budgeting process.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Accounting and Legal teams, as well as external financial institutions, to ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory requirements, and audit requirements.
- Support treasury initiatives, process improvements, and projects as assigned by the Treasury Manager and Group Treasurer.
- Perform other treasury-related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Relevant working experience in treasury, finance, banking, or a related function.
- Good understanding of financial and accounting principles, including financial analysis and cash flow management.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Practical experience in cash flow forecasting and liquidity management will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Experienced in KYC / liquidity / cash flow / forecast is a must
