TikTok is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst with over 5 years of relevant working experience to support business operations in Asian countries. This individual contributor role requires working onsite at the office five days per week and is key within the global Finance Business Partner team which offers great opportunities for professional growth and learning in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Build and enhance financial data infrastructure, including data integration, governance, and the development of robust data models and pipelines.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive financial metrics monitoring system and BI reports to provide actionable insights.
- Support the monthly and quarterly closing processes by preparing multi-dimensional management reports, including variance analysis and improvement recommendations.
- Support the annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes, ensuring logical consistency and analyzing key drivers of variances.
- Drive special projects focused on improving efficiency, automation, and data quality within finance processes.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification(s)
Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of work experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role (e.g., Finance Business Partner or Finance Strategy).
- Strong proficiency in data integration and analysis tools (e.g., familiarity with SQL and Power BI).
- Strong sense of responsibility self-motivated and a quick learner.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across functions.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is essential, as the role requires frequent communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.Preferred qualification(s)
- Hands-on experience applying AI in finance scenarios (e.g., report automation, anomaly detection, or text processing and archiving).
- Experience working in fast-paced, international organizations, or in global companies within the internet, media, or TMT industries, is highly preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are preferred.
