Job Title: Production Manager (Integrated / Content & Commercial)
Overview
We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Production Manager who can bridge traditional production workflows with fast-paced content demands. This role requires someone who takes initiative, thrives in a service-oriented environment, and is comfortable managing both on-ground execution and backend operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production Planning & Execution
- Oversee end-to-end production workflows across commercials, branded content, and social shoots
- Translate creative briefs into practical production plans, timelines, and budgets
- Anticipate potential challenges and troubleshoot proactively before and during shoots
- Ensure smooth on-set operations with strong coordination across departments
2. Operations & Resource Management
- Maintain and manage all production equipment and inventory (upkeep, tracking, servicing schedules)
- Oversee studio and production assets to ensure readiness and efficiency
- Implement and refine internal processes to improve workflow and productivity
- Liaise with vendors, freelancers, and partners to ensure quality and cost efficiency
3. HR & Administrative Support
- Support HR-related backend tasks including freelancer coordination, onboarding, and documentation
- Manage crew bookings, timesheets, and production logistics
- Ensure proper filing and organization of production documents, permits, and releases
4. Location Scouting & Casting
- Conduct location recce with a strong eye for cinematic potential and logistical feasibility
- Source and propose suitable filming locations aligned with creative direction and budget
- Handle occasional casting needs - talent sourcing, coordination, and basic casting management
5. Client & Team Servicing
- Act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders
- Ensure a high level of service and responsiveness to client and production needs
- Foster a collaborative, positive working environment across all levels of production
Requirements
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proactive, resourceful, and solution-driven mindset
- Service-oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong understanding of production workflows (pre, shoot, post)
- Good eye for locations and casting sensibility
- Comfortable handling both creative and operational responsibilities
- Self-motivated with a positive, can-do attitude
- A team player with a jovial and approachable personality
- Valid driving license (required for recce, logistics, and shoot support)
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience working across both traditional production and fast-turnaround social content
- Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows in production or post
- Basic budgeting and cost control experience
