We are seeking a motivated Telemarketer to join our recruitment team. This role focuses on engaging corporate clients, generating leads, and supporting our consultants in expanding client relationships. Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to corporate clients to generate leads and gather information on hiring needs
- Follow up with potential and existing clients to schedule appointments for recruitment consultants
- Maintain and update client and candidate records in internal databases
- Support recruitment consultants with administrative and documentation tasks
- Handle general office communications and maintain professional client interactions
Requirements:
- Comfortable and confident speaking with corporate clients over the phone
- Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with basic experience in Microsoft Excel or similar tools
- Professional, discreet, and eager to learn recruitment processes
